入选标准
- •a. Both married /unmarried female Patients in the age group of 18-40 yrs.
- •b. Patients with clinical features of PCOS like-
- •Amenorrhea (Anartava) or Oligomenorrhoea (Artava Kshaya)
- •Infertility (Bandhya)
- •Anovulation (Nashtartava)
- •Acne (Mukhadushika)
- •Hirsutism (Lomasha Ganda)
- •Acanthosis nigricans
- •c. Along with confirmed any one Polycystic Ovary in USG finding.
排除标准
- •a. Primary amenorrhea
- •b. Pregnancy
- •c. Patients suffering from Pelvic/Systemic diseases like (Endometriosis, Hydrosalphinx, Fibroid uterus) causing Oligomenorrhoea and Anovulation and other gynaecological disorder.
- •d. Organic lesions of reproductive tract like T.B, Carcinoma
- •e. Patients suffering from chronic systemic diseases like endocrine disorder, Hypertension, Diabetes, Hepatic disease, Renal disease, Cushingâ??s syndrome, Cardiac diseases.
