a. Both married /unmarried female Patients in the age group of 18-40 yrs.
b. Patients with clinical features of PCOS like-
Amenorrhea (Anartava) or Oligomenorrhoea (Artava Kshaya)
Infertility (Bandhya)
Anovulation (Nashtartava)
Acne (Mukhadushika)
Hirsutism (Lomasha Ganda)
Acanthosis nigricans
c. Along with confirmed any one Polycystic Ovary in USG finding.
a. Primary amenorrhea
b. Pregnancy
c. Patients suffering from Pelvic/Systemic diseases like (Endometriosis, Hydrosalphinx, Fibroid uterus) causing Oligomenorrhoea and Anovulation and other gynaecological disorder.
d. Organic lesions of reproductive tract like T.B, Carcinoma
e. Patients suffering from chronic systemic diseases like endocrine disorder, Hypertension, Diabetes, Hepatic disease, Renal disease, Cushingâ??s syndrome, Cardiac diseases.
