Inclusion Criteria

Married women
At least three weeks of the patient's treatment program?
Methadone maintenance treatment
Have at least 5 years of their common life

Exclusion Criteria

The wife is addicted or he or she is a drug addictentation of the program.
Having a physical illness that prevents you from engaging in research
Having a history of admission to the neurology department
Having limited participation in group meetings
The company participated in another treatment program at the same time
