First pregnancy
Gestational age at least 20 weeks and a maximum of 28 weeks
Singleton Pregnancy
Having read and write literacy
Tendency to Participate in Antenatal Preparation Classess
Exclusion Criteria
Multipara
Addiction
Use of psychiatric drugs in The last six months
Big stress in The last six months Such as Death of kin

Name Time Method Efficacy Score according to Loe Child Birth self - efficacy questionnaire. Timepoint: Before intervention, immediately after the intervention was over and two weeks after the intervention ended.
