Inclusion Criteria

1.ASA grade I & II status.

2.Patients giving informed written consent.

3.Patients scheduled to undergo elective laparascopic surgery like appendicectomy, cholecystectomy and hernia repair under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion Criteria

1. ASA III or greater.

2Pregnant and lactating women.

3.Patients with suspected difficult intubation, allergy to opioids, cardiovascular disease, hepatic or renal disease.

4. Patient with allergy to the study drugs
