Patients of age 45 to 70 years,either gender ,ASA physical status I &II undergoing elective lower abdominal surgeries under spinal anesthesia
Patients having contraindications for spinal anaesthesia, with known allergy to study drugs,patients with BMI > 30kg/m2 ,patients having height less than 150 cm, patients ASA physical status III and more, patients having major cardiovascular , respiratory, renal ,hepatic ,metabolic ,neurological or endocrine diseases, receiving any opioid and patients requiring general anesthesia.
