Inclusion Criteria
A total of 6 patients were included in this study, 2 with normal pulp (orthodontic indication of extraction), 2 with pulpitis and 2 with chronic apical periodontitis. Therefore, the patients should present the pulp conditions mentioned and for the endodontic treatment of the teeth with inflammation and pulp necrosis, they should be able to be isolated with a rubber dam.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients without systemic disease. Patients whose teeth cannot be restored.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The difference in protein expression of normal, inflamed and necrotic pulp tissue through the proteomic analysis of the dental pulp.;In the inflamed pulp group compared to the normal pulp group, the most expressed proteins were hemoglobins, peroxiredoxins and immunoglobulins, while the less expressed were tubulins. While in the necrotic pulp group, the expression of albumins, immunoglobulins and alpha-2-macroglobulin were increased when compared to the inflamed pulp group.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcomes are not expected.
