Inclusion Criteria
(1) a systematic periodontal therapy was made after April 2005 (change of head of the department)
(2) complete periodontal charts [pocket probing depth and attachment level at 6 sides/tooth, furcation involvement at all sides of multi-rooted teeth] before and after active periodontal therapy (including periodontal surgery)
(3) 10±1 year(s) after active periodontal therapy to follow-up
(4) written informed consent
