Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia with any one of the following:
1. Lower urinary tract symptoms who had failed standard medical
therapy (alpha blockers, 5 alpha reductase inhibitors)
2. Recurrent urinary retention (drug-refractory)
3. Recurrent urinary tract infection
4. Recurrent hematuria
ASA Grade 3 or more.
1. Patients with congenital or acquired Hyper/ hypo coagulation disorders.
2. Patients with hematological malignancies.
3. Patients with decompensated chronic liver disease or renal impairment or other bleeding diathesis.
4. Patients with collagen vascular disease or other connective tissue disorders.
5. Patients with a history of thromboembolic disease.
6. Patients with history of arrhythmias
7. Patients with a history of acute coronary syndrome within the past 12 months
8. Patients with pheochromocytoma, thyrotoxicosis, glaucoma, or asthma
