Inclusion Criteria
- •Age group 18\-60 years
- •ASA I \& II
- •Patients posted for craniotomy in sitting position
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with severe cardiac \& renal disease
- •Patients with proven ASD/VSD on TEE
- •Orthodeoxia
- •Patients with ventriculo\-atrial shunts
- •Patients already diagnosed with patent foramen ovale or diagnosed intraoperatively by TEE
