入选标准
- •Adult patients scheduled for elective orthopedic lumbar spine surgery under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •(1) Under 18 years of age, over 100 years of age.
- •(2) pregnancy.
- •(3) If he/she has allergy to the drug used in the study or contraindicated.
- •(4) Cases in which fluid load must be avoided, such as pulmonary edema or heart failure.
- •(5) If blood pressure is being maintained using continuous vasopressor administration and assistive devices (IABP, PM) before surgery.
- •(6) Severe obesity with a body mass index >35 kg/m2
- •(7) ASA classification > III
