Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients scheduled for elective orthopedic lumbar spine surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Under 18 years of age, over 100 years of age.
- •(2\) pregnancy.
- •(3\) If he/she has allergy to the drug used in the study or contraindicated.
- •(4\) Cases in which fluid load must be avoided, such as pulmonary edema or heart failure.
- •(5\) If blood pressure is being maintained using continuous vasopressor administration and assistive devices (IABP, PM) before surgery.
- •(6\) Severe obesity with a body mass index \>35 kg/m2
- •(7\) ASA classification \> III
