Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •adult patients with acute respiratory failure
- •\- 30 minutes after applying High flow nasal cannula(FiO2 0\.5, flow 50L) \-\> PaO2\< 150?Hg, PaCO2\< 50?Hg
Exclusion Criteria
- •unable to applying prone position(unstable bone fracture, sternotomy, face or chest trauma, etc)
- •unable to applying prone position(agitation, refuse)
- •head trauma, DVT, pacemaker insertion within 15 days
- •spinal or femur or pelvic bone fracture
- •arterial PaCO2 \> 50mmHg
- •mean arterial pressure \< 65mmHg
- •pregnant women
- •chest tube in anterior thorax
- •acute asthma aggravation
- •cardiogenic pulmonary edema
