- •1.patients with sepsis and septic shock.
- •2.survival for atleast 12hrs.
- •3.SOFA score of 2 or more in any of the system.
- •4. patient more than 18years.
排除标准
- •1.patient/guardian refusal for consent.
- •2. non septic shock.
- •3.patient having rheumatic fever, malignancies, heart attack, connective tissue disorders.
- •4.pregnancy.
- •5.patient on oral contraception or HRT
- •6.chemical or burn trauma patients.
- •7. amphetamine intoxication.
