- •3. Histologically confirmed cases of OSCC
- •4. Healthy volunteers having no oral lesion and not having the habit of tobacco and alcohol use.

- •1. Patient undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy
- •2. Patient under medication such as immunomodulators or immunosuppressor.
- •3.Patients suffering from autoimmune disease.
