Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ââ?¬Â¢age between 18\-65 years
  • ââ?¬Â¢both male and female patients who have undergone minimum of one cycle of cancer treatment
  • ââ?¬Â¢willing to participate in the study and attend all programs
  • ââ?¬Â¢with breast cancer, gynaecological cancer, head and neck cancers
  • ââ?¬Â¢those who are admitted in the hospital for minimum of 3 days

Exclusion Criteria

  • Cancer clients undergoing cancer treatment\-
  • ââ?¬Â¢who are critically ill
  • ââ?¬Â¢already undergoing intensive (trainer\-controlled optimized, twice a week, or more often) aerobic training
  • ââ?¬Â¢receiving erythropoietin or transfusions
  • ââ?¬Â¢having active infection, musculo skeletal problems, lower limb amputation
  • ââ?¬Â¢having neurological or cognitive disorders with functional deficits
  • Cancer clients diagnosed with\-
  • ââ?¬Â¢bone metastases, thrombocytopenia
  • ââ?¬Â¢uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina, uncontrolled diabetes, cardiac insufficiency
  • ââ?¬Â¢lumbar disc osteoarthritis, peripheral arterial disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and renal insufficiency
