�age between 18-65 years
�both male and female patients who have undergone minimum of one cycle of cancer treatment
�willing to participate in the study and attend all programs
�with breast cancer, gynaecological cancer, head and neck cancers
�those who are admitted in the hospital for minimum of 3 days
Cancer clients undergoing cancer treatment-
�who are critically ill
�already undergoing intensive (trainer-controlled optimized, twice a week, or more often) aerobic training
�receiving erythropoietin or transfusions
�having active infection, musculo skeletal problems, lower limb amputation
�having neurological or cognitive disorders with functional deficits
Cancer clients diagnosed with-
�bone metastases, thrombocytopenia
�uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina, uncontrolled diabetes, cardiac insufficiency
�lumbar disc osteoarthritis, peripheral arterial disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and renal insufficiency
�hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism
