Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢age between 18\-65 years
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢both male and female patients who have undergone minimum of one cycle of cancer treatment
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢willing to participate in the study and attend all programs
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢with breast cancer, gynaecological cancer, head and neck cancers
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢those who are admitted in the hospital for minimum of 3 days
Exclusion Criteria
- •Cancer clients undergoing cancer treatment\-
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢who are critically ill
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢already undergoing intensive (trainer\-controlled optimized, twice a week, or more often) aerobic training
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢receiving erythropoietin or transfusions
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢having active infection, musculo skeletal problems, lower limb amputation
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢having neurological or cognitive disorders with functional deficits
- •Cancer clients diagnosed with\-
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢bone metastases, thrombocytopenia
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina, uncontrolled diabetes, cardiac insufficiency
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢lumbar disc osteoarthritis, peripheral arterial disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and renal insufficiency
