- lower abdominal or pelvic pain associated with onset of menstruation lasting for 8-72 hours
1.History of any chronic pelvic pathology.
2.History of any systemic conditions.
3.Women with menstrual cycle exceeding 34 days.
4.Presence of any intra-uterine device and oral contraceptives.
5.History of regular exercises
6. Any deformities of the spine.
7. Pregnant women are excluded.
8. Bone weakness eg tumours, Metabolic Bone Disease.
9. Any Neurological and Psychological condition
