Experienced chronic back pain longer than 6 months
Oswestry Disability Index greater than 22%
Read and understand English language

Exclusion Criteria

Known pathologies of lower back or spine
Recent surgery (last 6 months)
Previously had hip or knee replacement surgery
Pregnancy
