Handball players with a side difference of the passive internal rotation of the glenohumeral joint of 18 degrees angle or more and with this a reduction of the total range motion (TROM) of the glenohumeral joint of 5 degrees or more.
Handballplayer older than 40 and younger than 18 years.
Athletes who had an injury or an trauma within the upper limb or the thorax within the last 3 months before the study starts which made them unable to finish a trainingssession.
Operations on the upper limb or the trunk within the last 3 months.
