1. Age- 18-65 years
2. Female gender
3. Low back pain with pain on one or both lower limb
4. Duration >= 3 months
5. Pain intensity >= 3 on a visual analogue scale
6. Oswestry Disability Index >= 20%
7. Absence of any specific diagnosis
1. Any definite pathology resulting low back and leg pain
2. known or suspected serious pathology such as nerve root compromise (weakness, reflex changes, or sensation loss, associated with the same spinal nerve)
3. Any features of neuropathy and radiculopathy
4. Previous spinal surgery or scheduled for surgery during trial period
5. Evidence of metabolic, Other neurological, psychiatric and cardiovascular disorder
6. Inflammatory conditions; fibromyalgia; chronic fatigue syndrome
7. Other contraindications for manual therapy
8. Withdrawal of consent
