Inclusion Criteria
age 25 to 55 years, non-spezific neck pain with or without pain in upper limb, informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
heart disease (arhythmia, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, intake of ß-Blocker, blood pressure drugs), operation or trauma of the thoracic spine and ribs, thoracic osteoporosis, pain-relieving drugs, intake of alcohol and drugs

Name Time Method autonom nervous system activity with long-time-recording of heart-rate-variability starting at 9.00 a.m., during intervention and Placebo treatment constantly over 24 hours until 9.00 a.m. at the following day with Holter-EKG and resulting ChronoCardioGramm
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Immediate before and after intervention/placebo-treatment pain perception with Numeric Rating Scale with Score 0-10 will be evaluated. <br>Immediate before and after intervention/placebo-treatment and immediate after long-time-recording of heartratevariability over 24 hours Disability and pain in activities of daily living including sleep quality with questionaire Neck Disability Index ( Score < 8: low disability, Score > 40: strong disability) will be evaluated.
