Inclusion Criteria

1. Young and middle aged adults between age group 18-55 years

2.Patients with mechanical back pain (Cervical, Thoracic or Lumbar region)

Exclusion Criteria

1. Contraindications to spinal mobilizations such as recent fractures, infections, metastasis, Spinal deformities, Cervical or thoracic pathology producing neurological symptoms in lower limbs.

2. Individuals with severe disc prolapse causing neurological deficits.

3. Individuals with vertebrao-basilar insufficiency/ cervicogenic dizziness/vertigo/deafness

4. Individuals undergone joint replacement surgeries (hip/knee)

5. Individuals with grade 3,4 osteoarthritis of hip/knee

6. Individuals with compromised higher mental functions.
