1The patients between the age group of 30 to 60 years in either sex presenting with clinical features of Manyastambha (Cervical Spondylosis).
2 Prediagnosed patients of Manyastambha on the basis of clinical symptoms & valid investigations.
3Patient presented with clinical symptoms with or without radiological changes.
4 Wiling to participate and able to provide signed informed consent.
1Cervical fracture and dislocation of cervical vertebrae.
2Cervical compressive myelopathy.
3Space occupying lesions of brain.
4Post spinal surgical case.
5Patients suffering from any acute diseases/any infectious disease/metabolic disease/chronic diseases (like rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, Ankylosing spondylitis).
6Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension.
7Pregnant or lactating women.
•Patient with evidence of Malignancy.
