Inclusion Criteria
1.Under 5 children.
2.More than 3 well-documented separate AOM episodes in the past 6 months or more than 4 episodes in the past 12 months with more than 1 episode in the past 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
1.Craniofacial abnormalities (cleft palate).
2.Chronic disease (renal failure, diabetes, rickets, etc…).
3. Immunodeficiency (corticosteroid therapy, radiation therapy).
4.Adenoid hypertrophy
