•patients requiring ICU admissions with in 24 hours patient on ventilator for more than 72 h patient not taking oral feeds.

排除标准

•patient not requiring ventilation for more than 72 hrs patient discharged with in 7 days.

Sample size , efficacy of nutritional supplementation in terms of anthropometric parameters, biochemical parameters and clinical parameters.

时间窗: baseline, one week and 2 weeks
