Inclusion Criteria
Degenerative OA knee patient which indicated for TKR.
Pre-operative quadriceps power grade 5.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient who contraindicate to TKR.
Revision knee arthroplasty.
Need bone or metal augmentation.
Present of underlying neuromuscular disease.
polyarthritis, inflammatory joint disease
Patient who unwilling to participate in this study.
