Inclusion Criteria
All patients undergoing living donor liver transplantion
Age 18-60 years
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Patient with recent history of AKI ( <30 days), chronic kidney disease and on renal replacement therapy pre-transplantation.
History of stroke, history of transient ischemic attack, neurodegenerative disorders.
MMSE score of less than 24.
