Inclusion Criteria
- •Consent for participation in the study
- •The pregnant women at the age of 18-35 years old referred to Isfahan health care centers
- •Pre- pregnancy BMI between 18.5 and higher
- •Gestational age 15 weeks
- •Singleton pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed mental health problem such as anxiety, depression, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- •BMI higher than 30 kg/m²
