Inclusion Criteria

Among patients who visited the hospital with dizziness as the chief complaint, those who showed findings of peripheral dizziness (vestibular neuritis, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, otitis interna, etc.) in the screening test described above
- Patients who showed specific nystagmus (ex. Torsional upbeating nysyagmus in the Dix-Hallpike test, Horizontal nysyagmus in the Supine Head Roll test) in the screening test described above – otolithiasis (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo)
- Among the diagnostic tests described above, a canal paresis value of 20 or more in the temperature shift test or the sum of stimulation values of both ears is less than 20, or a catch up saccade between 100ms and 250ms or a gain of 0.7 in the video head impulse test Patients with the following findings – vestibular neuritis

Exclusion Criteria

- Those who cannot read the consent form, such as illiterate or foreigners, or have difficulty understanding this clinical trial due to mental retardation, etc.
- Patients with unfixed forms of vertigo, such as peripheral vertigo or Meniere's disease, for whom vestibular rehabilitation is not indicated
- Patients with severe dizziness to the extent that walking is impossible
- Patients who require other treatment because the cause of dizziness is suspected to be an abnormality in the inner ear, vestibular nerve, or central pathway
- Other cases that are judged inappropriate for this study by the judgment of the person in charge of the clinical trial
