入选标准
- •1)Patients above 40 years of age of any gender undergoing lower limb elective orthopedic surgery under spinal anaesthesia
- •2)ASA I, II, III physical status
- •3)Intraoperative supine position for surgery
排除标准
- •1) Patients who have impaired hearing or are deaf in either or both ears
- •2) History of mental illness (cognitive impairment)
- •3) Associated head (traumatic brain injury), chest and pelvic injuries
- •4) Any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia (refusal of consent, bleeding diathesis, infection of overlying skin)
