Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who undergoing elective CABG surgery
- •2\. Age \> 50 years
- •3\. Agreed to participate in the trial
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with vision and hearing loss
- •2\. Patients with psychiatric disorder
- •3\. Patients with history of stroke or transient ischemic attack
- •4\. Patients with chronic pain
- •5\. patients with drug addiction
- •6\. patients with ASA classification \> 4
- •7\. Emergency case
- •8\. Off\-Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery
- •9\. Patients on mechanical ventilator
- •10\. Difficult communication (ie. language)
