Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients who undergoing elective CABG surgery
  • •2\. Age \> 50 years
  • •3\. Agreed to participate in the trial

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with vision and hearing loss
  • •2\. Patients with psychiatric disorder
  • •3\. Patients with history of stroke or transient ischemic attack
  • •4\. Patients with chronic pain
  • •5\. patients with drug addiction
  • •6\. patients with ASA classification \> 4
  • •7\. Emergency case
  • •8\. Off\-Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery
  • •9\. Patients on mechanical ventilator
  • •10\. Difficult communication (ie. language)
