Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA Physical status grade 1 and 2
- •BMI : 18\-35 kg/m2
- •patients with ARISCAT Score \>26
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients refused to participate
- •patients with BMI \>35kg/m2
- •patients with any pulmonary pathology
- •patients with obstructive sleep apnea
- •preceding surgery with in 30 days
- •history of thoracotomy /lung resection
