Inclusion Criteria
all patients with ENT disease that need to surgery, age between 30-60 years old.
Exclusion criteria: surgery for throat and larynx (tonsils and vocal nodules), upper respiratory infections or sore throat, use of steroid or anti-pain drugs before surgery, change of head position during surgery, patients with NG tube, intubation less than 60 or more than 300 minutes, vomiting during study.
