Inclusion Criteria
1 Adult patients between 18-60yr of age of either sex.
2 ASA status I and II
3 Undergoing unilateral PCNL surgeries under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients refusing to participate in the study
2 Patient with uncontrolled hypertension diabetes cardiorespiratory disorders neuro-psychiatric disorders hepatic or renal dysfunction
3 Local anaesthetic allergy Coagulopathy infection at the site of block neurological deficits
4 Pregnant or lactating mothers
