Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged above 18 years.
- •Both male and female who are diagnosed with chronic kidney disease not on dialysis.
- •Both inpatients and outpatients.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are having psychiatric, other terminal illnesses and cognitive impairments.
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Patients who are receiving hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
- •Patients who underwent kidney transplantation surgery.
