Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age \> 18 years
- •2\.Patients with unilateral inguinal hernia
- •3\.Patients with bilateral inguinal hernia
- •4\.Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair by Transabdominal Preperitoneal approach only.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Underwent previous laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair
- •2\.Medically unfit for laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair due to high risk from cardiovascular , respiratory illness
- •3\.Laparoscopic extraperitoneal approach
