Inclusion Criteria
1.Age > 18 years
2.Patients with unilateral inguinal hernia
3.Patients with bilateral inguinal hernia
4.Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair by Transabdominal Preperitoneal approach only.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Underwent previous laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair
2.Medically unfit for laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair due to high risk from cardiovascular , respiratory illness
3.Laparoscopic extraperitoneal approach
