Inclusion Criteria
all patients with symptomatic cholelithiasis and acute and chronic cholesistitis;
Exclusion criteria: pregnancy; morbid obesity; common bile duct stones; Obstructive jaundice; cirrhosis; uncorrectable coagolopathy; previous surgery in the upper abdomen; heart failure; ascites .
