Inclusion Criteria
Women over 18 years of age and pre-menopausal, with complaints of superficial dyspareunia with hypertonia of the pelvic floor muscles confirmed on palpation examination and who were sexually active.
Exclusion Criteria
Women with deep dyspareunia, pregnant, with untreated vaginal infection, presence of genital prolapse greater or equal to grade III, with cognitive difficulty to answer the questionnaires or who had two consecutive faults or more.
