- •1\.History of difficult intubation, known airway abnormality, limited head\-neck movement 2\.Major surgery including cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, neurosurgical, or transplantation surgery 3\.Possibility of pregnancy or lactating women 4\.Those with preexisting coma or hoarseness 5\.Those with oral or vocal cord surgery 6\.Patient who has a history of mental illness
