Inclusion Criteria
1.Clinical features like Itching, Oozing, Erythema, Papules, Vesicles, Scaling and Hyperpigmentation.
2.Patients who are willing to undergo Leech application.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Hypertension and other Cardiac ailments
2.Narcotics
3.Pregnancy and Lactation
4.Evidence of any skin disease other than eczema
5.Hemophilia
6.Thrombocytopenia
7.Hepatitis B
8.HIV
9.Renal Diseases
10.Severe anaemia
11.Immuno deficiency diseases
