- •postnatal age (PNA) and receiving selected drugs.
- •II. Neonates whose blood sample are being sent for routine laboratory investigations.

- •I. Clinically unstable neonates.
- •II. Neonates whose parents/guardians are unwilling/ unable to give informed consent.
