Patients undergoing surgical extraction of mandibular third molar requiring ostectomy, with or without associated tooth sectioning.
1.Smokers
2.Pregnant or are breast feeding patients
3.Subjects with confirmed history of allergy to NSAID
4.Subjects with signs of any preoperative inflammatory or infectious condition.
5.Subjects with history of use of NSAIDs within past 21 days.
6.Subjects with presence of periodontal disease, swelling, fever or trismus prior to surgery.
7.Subjects with orthodontic bands on mandibular second molars
