Inclusion Criteria
Term newborn (> 37. gestational age)
Healthy neonate without clinical and/or congenital complications
Age: between 2nd and 5th days postnatal
By the parents signed written informed consent
Spontaneous delivery or Caesarean sectio
Exclusion Criteria
Lack of written informed consent
Preterm newborn (<37. gestational age)
Clinical and/or congenital diseases
Current pain therapy in the newborn and/or in the breast-feeding mother

Name Time Method Differences in premature infant pain profile (=PIPP) score between glucose group (= GG) and acupuncture group (= AG), assessed by a blinded skilled nurse according to the video recordings of the heel stick.
