- Nursing staff with active caring professional activity at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin
- Participation in the BGF programme (at least one component) of the provider Hanseartes LIFE Gesellschaft für berufliches Gesundheitsmanagement mbH
- Declaration of consent is available
Inclusion criteria for semi-structured qualitative interviews for health coaches:
- Age 18 to 67 years, any gender
- Nursing staff with active caring professional activity at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin
- Participation in the BGF programme (at least one component) of the provider Hanseartes LIFE Gesellschaft für berufliches Gesundheitsmanagement mbH
- Completed training as a health coach as part of the BGF programme
- Declaration of consent is available

- Age 18 to 67 years, any gender
- Employees of the ward management or nursing centre management (activity in ward organisation, duty rostering etc.) at the
Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin

- Participation in intervention studies
- Expected lack of compliance with regard to study participation (e.g. notification of not wanting to answer any further questions; limitation of general compliance ability)
