- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Physical activity of the participants in the 22-day health care program was examined using a questionnaire (Godin Shepard Leisure-time Physical Activity Questionnaire) directly at the start of the measure and immediately at the end of the measure, as well as six and 18 months after the measure. At the beginning and after the program, the participants filled out a paper version of the questionnaire; the survey was conducted online after six and 18 months.
