Inclusion Criteria

1. Working at a poultry slaughterhouse factory for at least 1 year
2. Working in a standard full-time job for at least 7 h per working day
3. Presence of mild to moderate pain intensity (VAS = 3/10 to 7/10) at least one body region including; neck, shoulder, elbow/forearm, or hand/wrist during the last 3 months.
4. Communicating in Thai fluently
5. Willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria

1. History of any sensory defcits
2. History of back surgery
3. History of injury from accident in the previous 3 months
4. Pregnancy
5. Severe medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, renal failure, hypertension, diabetes
6. Under any pain medication at the time
