Inclusion Criteria
Patients candidated for open heart surgery with primary or secondary pulmonary valve problems
Patients have no PFO or ASD problem
Exclusion Criteria
The presence of ventricular and atrioventricular defects and the residual ventricular duct
Cardiac and respiratory arrest during surgery
