Cases satisfying OCD diagnostic criteria of DSM 5 with Y-BOCS total score equal or above 8.
1. OCD with other psychotic comorbidity
2. Other substance or medication induced OCD
3. Subjects undergoing any other treatment mode including psychotherapy for OCD
4. Pregnant or lactating mothers
5. Subjects unwilling to give consent form

Name Time Method To find out the changes in the symptoms of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder assessed by Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) using Individualized Homoeopathic Medicines in LM potencies.Timepoint: Every third month from baseline till end of study (12th month)
