Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of cervical spondylosis and characteristic x ray
changes as mentioned in definition.
2. Age group 30 to 70yrs
3. Cases of both sexes.
4. Cases with no disability (0-4) to moderate disability (15-24) according to Oswestry neck pain
disability index.
5. Patients with pain score up to 6 in Visual Analogue Scale/Graphic Rating Scale.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with advanced degenerative changes in cervical region requiring surgical intervention.
2. Patients under other medication for the same complaint
3. Patients taken steroid injection last 2 weeks before
4. Patients taking medications with analgesics and anti-inflammatory effect for other conditions
5.Patients with cognitive impairment
