Inclusion Criteria

? Female aged 18-65 years old.
? Stable chloasma, light brown to dark brown on the face, well-defined patches, usually symmetrically distributed, without inflammatory manifestations and scales.
? No obvious symptoms.
? Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion Criteria

? Melasma caused by disease.
? Women who are planning to become pregnant, pregnant or breast-feeding.
? People with allergies and allergies to this health food.
? Subjects with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, endocrine diseases, and mental illness.
? Alcoholics (alcohol content <15g, alcohol content = alcohol consumption × alcohol concentration × 0.8) or smokers.
