1) Participants who voluntarily agrees to participate and signs in informed consent form
2) Healthy men and women (30~59 years)
1) Subject who constantly exercised (moderate or high-intensity) for 3 months prior to the first visit
2) Subject who is unable to perform treadmill test
3) Smoker, alcoholic and drug addict
4) Subjects who consumed functional foods or oriental medicine within 1 month prior to the first visit
5) Subject who has or experienced following diseases or who takes medicines related to those diseases: hyperlipidemia, asthma, diabetes, bronchitis, anemia, thyroid disease, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, liver disease, musculoskeletal disorder and nervous system disease
6) Subject who had a surgical operation 6 months prior to the first visit
7) Subjects with hypersensitivity to test materials
8) Subject who participated in other human studies within 1 month prior to the first visit
9) Pregnant or lactating women
10) Subject unable to use smartphone
11) Any condition that the principal investigator believes the subject is unsuitable for this study
